Help from anywhere

Most computer problems don’t need a house call

A surprising amount of what slows people down, a sluggish system, a scary pop-up, software that won’t cooperate, email that stopped working, can be fixed remotely in less time than it’d take to pack up your computer and drive somewhere.

You grant me secure, temporary access. We fix it together while you watch, and you’re done. Same straight deal as always: if a quick call sorts it in a few minutes, I won’t nickel-and-dime you for it. I’d rather you call me again next time something breaks.

Simple & secure

How a remote session works

You grant access

Give me a call, and you start a secure session from your end with a quick click. You’re in control of when it begins.

We fix it together

I see your screen and work the problem while you watch every step. No mystery, no “trust me.”

You close it out

When we’re done, access ends, and you only get an invoice if there were real results worth charging for.

Remote support FAQs

How does remote support work?
You grant me secure, temporary access to your computer through a remote tool, and I see your screen and work on the problem with you. You’re watching the whole time and can end the session whenever you like. No one has to come over, and you can be anywhere.
How much does remote support cost?
It’s the same results-based deal as everything else: my time isn’t for sale. Only results are. If a quick call gets you sorted in 10–15 minutes, I usually won’t even bother with an invoice. For real work, the rate is $127, and the most a short paid session would run is a $35 minimum. You only pay if it actually gets solved.
What can, and can’t, be done remotely?
Anything software-side is remote-friendly: tune-ups, malware cleanup, installs, configuration, email, and setup help. What can’t be done remotely is physical hardware, a screen, a charging port, a failed drive. Those need to be on-site here in Durango (or shipped). If a “remote” problem turns out to be hardware, I’ll tell you right away.
Is it safe to let you onto my computer?
Yes. Access is temporary and granted by you: you start the session, you watch everything I do, and you can revoke access or close it at any time. Nothing happens without you right there.
Do you offer remote support outside Durango?
Absolutely, remote support works anywhere. On-site service is Durango-only, but for software issues, distance doesn’t matter. If you’ve worked with me before and moved away, I’m still just a call away.
