What we do most, and what it runs
RAM upgrade

SSD + ~$70
Swap a tired or too-small drive for a fast SSD. Mostly worth it now when you’ve simply outgrown your storage.

A clean start, done right: back up your data, reinstall the OS, run all updates, reinstall software, restore your files, and optimize, handed back fully user-ready.
Data transfer
$70 flat
Move everything from an old computer to a new one, with the tools, experience, and quality guarantee to do it cleanly.
Printer setup
On-site (Durango)
Get a printer connected and working with all your devices. (Already networked? Sometimes we can do it remotely.)
Network & WiFi setup
On-site (Durango)
A solid, secure home or small-office network with WiFi that actually reaches where you need it.
Hardware & software FAQs
- Do you work on Macs and Chromebooks, or just Windows PCs?
- All of them. Mac and PC, desktops and laptops, plus Chromebooks. We’re a true multi-brand shop, not a one-platform shop.
- How much does a RAM or SSD upgrade cost?
- A RAM upgrade is essentially the cost of the memory plus a little labor. It’s a quick job. (Just know RAM is pricey right now, over $100 per 16GB.) An SSD upgrade runs the cost of the drive plus about $70 to clone your existing setup and swap it in.
- What does an OS reinstall include?
- A flat $190 (about 1.5 hours of work) that covers the whole thing: backing up your data, reinstalling the operating system, running every update, reinstalling your software, restoring your files, and optimizing, so you get the computer back fully ready to use, not half-finished.
- I don’t see my exact problem listed, can you still help?
- Almost certainly. This is the catch-all for everything else: upgrades, installs, configuration, and the odd jobs that don’t fit a neat category. Give me a call, describe it, and I’ll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
